2019 Fetherston Pinot Noir

  • 'Wow this is up and about. It’s so complex it almost seems developed, though of course it remains fresh and indeed fruity. It’s just that it’s a wine of such character. Undergrowth, forest floor, red cherry and brown spice characters are all over the nose and indeed the palate. It welcomes you straight in and then keeps the entertainment rolling. A stemminess to the aftertaste works as a positive. No need for patience here.'

'An ethereal, pretty pinot, with a heady fragrance of red roses, raspberries and woodsy spices. It's lighter framed, with a fineness to its tannins, crunchy acidity and a succulence that makes you return for another sip'
