WINEMAKING: Crafted from four parcels of premium Chardonnay, grown in the rolling hills of the Yarra Valley. Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, then fermented wild in French oak (39% new). The wine received zero bâtonnage and eleven months on lees in barrel before bottling in February 2023.
TASTING NOTES: Bright green-gold in colour, delivering aromas of grilled white peach, nougat and pear. The palate is bursting with mouthwatering intensity, an array of summer stonefruits, cashews and a whisper of vanilla. The finish is long, balanced and harmonious.
