2024 Fetherston 'Fungi' Pinot Noir
'Delicious and beautifully composed, this is a standout Yarra Valley Pinot Noir that delivers immediate charm and polish. The nose is lifted and floral, showing pretty red cherry, wild strawberry, and rose petal, with subtle hints of spice and a gentle savoury nuance adding depth. The palate is elegant and finely balanced, with pure red fruit flowing effortlessly across the tongue. Silky tannins and bright, natural acidity provide shape and finesse, creating a seamless, graceful mouthfeel. There is real poise here, flavourful yet light on its feet, finishing long, smooth, and irresistibly silky. A refined, expressive Pinot Noir that combines fragrance, balance, and texture with confidence. Outstanding value at this level of quality.'

- Russell Gallagher, Vino Masters'Ripe red cherry and rose water to a pretty start. The palate is glossy with white pepper pinch and other spices, fresh sweet mint and more glossy cherry and cranberry. Fine texture with a nicely balancing, savoury-stony finish. Very enjoyable.'
